Cardno Emerging Markets is providing services to Tingim Laip Phase 2, Papua New Guinea’s largest community-based HIV prevention strategy, funded by AusAID. We are seeking expressions of interest for the Project Manager role who will be based in Madang until June 2012.
The successful leader will have a proven ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in a project based around community-centred development activity, significant HIV prevention work experience, capacity development and relationship management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
